Frequently asked questions
IDEXX Online Orders (IOO)

  • Visit IDEXX Online Orders at order.idexx.co.uk
  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • Browse by category on the left side of the page.
  • Click a category to see the list of corresponding products. 
  • Select relevant products, enter desired quantities, add to order, and click the cart at the top of the page to begin check-out. 
  • You can also use the search field at the top of the page to search by product number or description.
  • For further details regarding your delivery times, please review the tracking link in your order confirmation email or through IOO.

  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • Further items can be ordered from the Reorder options menu at the top of the page. 
  • Your recently ordered items will be ranked by quantity in the top right, where you can filter by date or product. 
  • The top three most frequently ordered products are displayed in the middle of the home page.
  • To reorder a single item, enter a quantity and then click the Reorder link. 
  • To reorder multiple items, select their checkboxes, update their quantities, and then click Add all selected items to order. 
  • Click the cart at the top of the page when ready to check out.

  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • To save an order for later submission, add the items you want to order to your shopping cart and click the Save for Later button at the bottom of the Create order page. 
  • To complete the order, select Saved Orders from the My Orders menu at the top of the page, and submit your order.

  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • A Favorite Order is a template you create that can contain any products you choose.  
    • Select Favorite Orders from the Reorder options menu at the top of the page. 
    • Click the New Favorite Order button and give the scheduled order a name. Then, search for and select the products you want to include. 
    • Enter quantities now or wait until you are ready to submit the order. 
    • To reorder your favorites: Go to the Favorite Orders page, select the order in the list of Favorite Orders, and click the Order Now link. Add, delete, or update the items as needed. 
    • When you’re ready to check out, click Next
  • Tip: You can easily create a new Favorite Order anytime; just click Add to Favorite Orders while checking out to save your order as a new Favorite Order.

  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • A Scheduled Order sends your products automatically, according to your selected frequency. 
    • Select Scheduled Orders from the Reorder options menu at the top of the page. 
    • Choose the order frequency and the desired delivery day and click New Scheduled Order
    • Choose the date of the first shipment, give your scheduled order a name, choose the products and quantities, and click Next. 
    • Review your order details and submit your order. 
  • To make changes to a Scheduled Order or an individual shipment.
  • Go to Scheduled Orders
  • To skip the next shipment, find the order in the list of Scheduled Orders and click the Skip next shipment link. 
  • The Skip option is available up until three days before the shipment date.  
  • To change the shipping schedule, products, and quantities, or to delete the order entirely, click the Edit link.
  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order information. 
  • When the shipment leaves the IDEXX warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information, which can be used to track your shipment up to delivery.

  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • Select the My Profile tab in the top right corner and select manage your confirmation emails.
  • Here, you can see what e-mail addresses are set up to receive the order and shipping-confirmation e-mails. 
  • From here, you can add new additional e-mail addresses or delete existing ones.

  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • To track your shipment, navigate to the 'Order management' tab at the top of the page and select 'Track shipments.' 
  • Locate your order number in the list and click the 'View/Track' link, marked in red. 
  • On the following page, click the blue truck icon situated under the 'Tracking information' section. This will redirect you to the carrier's website, where you can track your order.
  • Alternatively, you can refer to the shipping confirmation email that you may have received and utilise the provided link to track your shipment.

  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • To view your order history, select Order History from the My Orders menu at the top of the page. You’ll see a list of all orders you’ve placed. 
  • You can filter by order status or date. Here, you can see a list of exactly what you have ordered and when.

  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • If you have selected full access when setting up your account, these will be available to view under order management and then the account statement.
  • If you need your account access updated to all access, please contact customer support.

  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • To view your invoices, statements, and credit notes, navigate to order management, then click account statement. Utilize "Filter by" for invoice, product, or order numbers. 
  • Choose status as open, complete, or both to narrow the search. Filter the time period you wish to search and click the red icon to the right under the IN column to view the PDF version.

  • Navigate to IDEXX online orders.
  • If you wish to receive your financial documents at a specific e-mail address, you can go to Order Management and click account statement. Here you can enter the new email address and hit Save.
